To help us maintain this atmosphere of serenity for all our guests, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our spa policies below. Each one was thoughtfully designed to enhance your experience and ensure every visit is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

 

 

REFUND POLICY:​

We love creating a relaxing and personalized experience for each of our guests. To keep things simple and fair, all packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are designed just for you and aren’t transferable or eligible to combine with other discounted offers.

Because we thoughtfully reserve time and resources for every visit, all sales—including services, packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates—are non-refundable. 

 

RESERVATIONS POLICY:

As a courtesy to all of our guests, services begin and end on time to maintain a seamless experience for everyone.

We’re happy to provide text and email reminders to help you keep your appointments with ease.

To reserve your appointment, a valid card on file is required. Your card will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation within 6 hours of your scheduled service or a no-show.

 

 

TARDINESS POLICY:​

At Serenity Day Spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, allowing us to create a truly personalized and tranquil experience. To fully enjoy your time of relaxation, we kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to unwind, complete any necessary forms, and ease into the serene atmosphere of our spa.

We understand that life can sometimes delay even the best intentions. Should you arrive late, we will do our utmost to accommodate your service within the remaining time. However, please note that your session may be adjusted or rescheduled depending on the circumstances and our appointment schedule.

Guests arriving late will be charged in full for the reserved service, though treatment time may be abbreviated accordingly.
For example: if you are scheduled for a 60-minute session and arrive 15 minutes late, your treatment will be adjusted to 45 minutes, including consultation and changing time, while the full session rate will still apply.

Your punctuality helps us preserve the calm, restorative rhythm of our spa and ensures that every guest receives the unhurried care they deserve.

NO SHOW POLICY:

  • For a no show: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

  • For a first time last minute cancelation. You will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.

  • Second time you schedule an appointment and are a no show/last minute cancellation: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled services and flag for future appointments.

  • For groups and packages, you will be required to put a card on file at time of booking. A 48-hour notice is required for all group and package cancellations.

  • As a courtesy, our system will text and/or email to confirm your appointments one business day prior to your appointment date. If we are unable to reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee.

  • We missed you! But our service providers have been waiting. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
